About me
I’ve pricked my finger with a needle approximately 47,500 times in the last 13 years. After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the ripe age of nine, I quickly discovered the world of the unseen. Being part of a relatively invisible population opened the doors to intense curiosity and independence, asking too many questions (eye-rolls don’t bother me), and understanding that everyone has a story worth listening to.
From a young age, I became an advocate. For both myself and others whose stories were often rewritten by someone else’s voice. That journey led me to the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and client communications, where I help people and brands share their stories, values, and ideas with authenticity and choice.
My curiosity fuels this work: I never leave a stone unturned or a conversation unfinished, because I believe there’s always insight, inspiration, and value waiting on the other side.
